Repairs or maintenance services carried out by NIM Automotive Trading Company as well as spare parts replaced, at the expenses of the customer, at the maintenance centers affiliated to it, provided to be described in the relevant invoices issued by the company and signed by the authorized persons, shall be warranted for a period of one year as of the date of service or 20,000 thousand kilometers, whichever is earlier, unless otherwise stated in writing.
